Originating in the sister's complex, the gym organically grew over three years as the owner balanced a full-time clinical physiotherapy career. As the concept matured, the goal was to systematize and expand it into a thriving business. However, the onset of COVID-19 and subsequent lockdowns presented unforeseen challenges. After surviving on word of mouth and stellar service, Power Elite is ready to take the next step towards growth.
